My current prediction on this story having not read it is that Tony is trans. This is based on the following evidence. First, Tony doesn’t shower with the rest of the boys, which makes sense if he’s got anatomical differences. Second, it would explain why there are no records of him, most of his records would be under his dead name. Third, as a trans person, I know that trans people can at times over-preform their gender, and Tony is preforming his kind of masculinity really hard.
